refactor to a SSG & SSR CLI for Web components

Main Structure

• load a .tsx or .mdx file to render to a .html file (based on split the Core Logic to a Node.js loader Parcel-transformer-MDX#1)
• use Parcel 2.x to bundle the .html & .tsx/`.mdx files
• use Koa 2.x to serve Development & Production mode
• the CLI builds all the JSX pages & Koa APIs based on File Path routes
