Decorative contour didn't show up

Check this gif which reproduces the issue I encountered. For certain geometry the outer contour didn't show up. When I check the outer contour box no decorative spring showed up. When I checked it again the center spring disappeared. Maybe the primitive I made has a very organic shape? If this is the case I can try different design to make the lamp example work;)

I think this has something to do with the algorithm of decorative spring generation. I updated that algorithm and it should work now.

Don’t close this until fix is verified. Liang, when you commit code that fixes an Issue, mention the Issue number in the commit and the cross-reference will show up on the Issue automatically. Format is: #refnum
