I missed out on adding a changelog for #7095, adding --bitcoin-rpcclienttimeout parameter to bcli.

ok so i put Changelog-None in all my msggen fixes/adds because i thought they would be too insignificant and spammy for a changelog. Master contains every method except the ones with *sql*, commando-* and things that don't make sense via cln-rpc/grpc like batching. There were also some fixes to mssgen that added various missing fields here and there, e.g. #7218. Also some special fix like #7266 (included in #7317). All this applies to cln-rpc aswell btw.
