https://github.com/jbloomAus/SAEDashboard is the successor of sae-vis. It supports all of the same visualizations and can create caches with SAELens models. It looks better than the current ipynb visualizer and has hover text (which this PR doesn't put any data in).
However, SAEDashboard is not designed for use outside of its own caching code. Because of this, this PR consists mostly of copied-over code from SAEDashboard, and will likely break with changes.
