Enhancement: Low Quality Graphics Option #79
Description
This option is like a middle ground between normal play and play with the Minimal Mode (known as Optimize in Kade) option enabled.
This option would inelegantly halve the width and height of the graphics for characters and stages as they are loaded into memory. This would literally reduce memory usage of these sprites (often the limiting factor for those with weaker machines) by 75%.
The downside is it would straight up make sprites look blurry, but that's fine.
