This adds puffin-level support for exporting
.puffinfiles with profile data. The support for this inpuffin_viewerwill need to wait for a neweguirelease (see #36).This PR also adds LZ4 compression to the TCP stream, simpler
puffin_http::Serverusage, profiler sinks, and some (very) minor GUI improvements.
