[BUG] test_arbitrator.GetResultFromSecondSide sometimes freeze.

Describe the bug

If other message (server respond of same core) is send earlier than GetResultFromSecondSide (client request of same core) will receive message from server (server respond from other core).

To Reproduce

Running test several times.

Expected behavior

Test should pass always

Hi @MichalPrincNXP , i would say this is ready for merge. Not sure if you need update internal tests. But this should fix the behavior where gcc build fail for test_arbitrator.
