If you check the site, it says that the compression is lossy, not lossless.
i fixed thedaviddias#522 Paragraph repeats in README.md issue by making this changes.
1. update table of contents 2. Renamed "### Performance" under the CSS section to "### CSS Performance" to avoid confusion with the global "## Performance" heading.
