Automagically cope with throttling #2
Description
If this runs too many times, GitHub complains and asks you to authorise the app again with a message of This application has made an unusually high number of requests to access your account. Please reauthorize the application to continue.
Look for this, and then cope with the random timing on the "authorise" button's enablement.
