Enchanting Plus not currently working

I loaded it in my game, and it's not working. There's no advanced enchanting table, and normal enchanting table works normal. It's like I never loaded it in the game. I can see it in my mods folder, but when I load the game and check through the mods it doesn't see it.

same problem as your some solution i'm trying in version 1.7.10
