Event for buying and selling from signs #6070

Feature description
Add events for selling and buying at essentiels signs. Currently external plugins have no way of knowing when a player is selling or buying from a sign, this could be changed by introducing a new event, this event would include this information:
Location of the sign
The player selling/buying
The ItemStack being sold/bought including how many
How much $ the player gained/used
How the feature is useful
External plugins will be able to listen on what is sold/bought and can make custom choices depending on these events. For my sake it is for a competition plugin that needs to see who can sell for the most in x amount of time so I need both buy and sell. But other use cases as being able to cancel the event could be usefull as well.
