Enhancement: Paused status

Hi,

Instead of having the countdown keep resetting when content is paused, is it possible to replace the countdown timer with Paused {paused-symbol} Or something like that when a 'pause' is detected?

Edit; or have it like;

Paused {Pause-Symbol}
{static-countdown-timer}
