Provide an adoption-first networking baseline sufficient for Dev Box deployment and developer productivity,
including a supported default connectivity model and DNS/egress guidance.
❓ Problem Statement
Networking is a common blocker for Dev Box adoption when connectivity, DNS, and egress behavior are undefined or over-engineered.
