Issue found when executing PR #12184

Action Performed:

1.Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in with expensifail account
3. Click on Fub menu
4. Select New Room
5. Click Save
6. Check error messages under Room name

Expected Result:

Correct error message is displayed for the empty field under room name.

Actual Result:

Incorrect error message is displayed for the empty field under room name.
