Issue found when executing PR #12201

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in with any account
3. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/settings/profile/timezone
4. Disable the Automatically determine your location
5. Tap again on the Timezone selector, which should redirect to another page.

Expected Result:

Timezone field should be empty

Actual Result:

Timezone is highlighted when navigating to search field
