Issue is not reproductible in production.

Unsure how to resolve this blocker without being able to test this account. I can look at logs but it would be better to be able to log in with this account. I can log in fine on staging so it might be something unique to this account.

This doesn't look too good, but I think it must be related to something on the staging web server.

The OpenApp command fails with a jsonCode: 407
