Make links open a new tab

Right now they just take over the current chat tab, which is especially problematic because hwen you click "back" you are signed out (or at least, I was when I tried). Marking HIGH because it's such an easy fix for a lot of value.

On the desktop app, there is no way to go back and it is necessary to quit and reopen. Links should open in the browser as opposed to another tab within the desktop app.
