Action Performed:

1. Go to Settings > Workspaces
2. Select a workspace
3. Go to "Bank account"
4. Click on "Connect manually"
5. Enter the routing number and the account number
6. Click on the arrow to go back
7. Click on "Connect manually" again

Expected Result:

The information entered before should remain untouched

The last character of the fields is being removed

Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

The last character of bank account input is removed after reopening the page.

What is the root cause of that problem?

This is a regression from #30996.

Every time the input change, we save it to the draft.

The problem is, we use value. value itself holds the current value, so the value saved is the current value, not the new value. That's why the last character is not saved to the draft.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

We should save the new changed value to the draft by using inputValue.
