1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create group chat ( one of the members should have default avatar image)
3. Tap on Header
4. Tap on member with default avatar

Expected Result:

Avatar should be fully rendered

Actual Result:

Default Avatar photo is not fully rendered.
It shows low quality image
