Action Performed:

  1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
  2. Log in with an expensifail account
  3. Start to add bank account with Plaid
  4. Close the popup after signing in with user_good / pass_good
  5. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
  6. Click on the workspace / bank account button
  7. Refresh the page
  8. Click on the workspace / bank account button
  9. Click on the Plaid button

Expected Result:

I should be able to continue without issues.

Actual Result:

Unable to add bank account with Plaid after an interruption. Infinite loading for the first try. The button isn't responding for the second try.
