Make image quality higher

Problem
Images, including screenshots, in Chat are low quality and hard to read on mobile, web and desktop.

Here's an example for an imaged I opened in a new tab.

Solution
I think the easiest way to make the images 'better' would be to link them to open outside of Chat in a browser at the original, full-size file. ie. for the link above, the full-size link is almost identical to above but doesn't include .320.jpg at the end.

This would also solve an issue of mobile images being small and tough to read because you currently can't expand, zoom, copy images or open them outside of Chat.

This one bothers me as well, but I agree, more medium and something that'll be important when we're all in Expensify Chat daily.

Nice, I do like improving the quality of images, but I also think that medium is the right priority for this.

So the hack (#400) turns out to be a step backwards for mobile clients as they will have to download the full image size. I agree that we keep this as a medium and I will look into a better long term solution down the road.

Now that we don't have a workaround where you can click the paperclip to view the report and the higher resolution image, I'm going to add this to the Milestone. I've had multiple times today where I've had to find the report to actually view the image details
