- Reimbursement is set to "Indirect" on Old Dot.
- Go to staging.new.expensify.com
- [Employee] Create a money request in workspace chat.
- [Employee] Submit the report.

Expected Result:
Pay elsewhere button should show up for admin after approving the report.
