2. Upload a video
3. Disable the internet connection
4. Open the video in full screen
5. Open the 3-dot menu

Expected Result:

Download option should not be present since user is offline

Actual Result:

Download button is present in offline mode when video is on full screen

Hmm the download option isn't visible to me on staging in mWeb Chrome (Pixel 6) or on Mac/Chrome.
