Client side message time displayed wrong

@tgolen introduced me to Chat this morning. After sending him a message, the message time was incorrectly displayed as "Yesterday at 4.21pm":

The time I sent the message was 4.21pm PDT, but I am in AEST - from my timezone, 4.21pm PDT was "yesterday".

Thanks @fukawi2 , I think there's one or two similar but will leave this open now until I can confirm, about to split here for the day

Looks like the chat hard-codes it to LA timezone. We should try to display this in the user's timezone and it shouldn't be too hard.

@christinadraeger can you confirm that you're on the most recent version and still having the issue? We should be on v.59 for Desktop. If you're still having issues, please reopen this issue

Just want to share that I also have an issue with time zone. I am based in CA (my calendar and computer are set to PST), but it shows EST for current time.

@christinadraeger on your main expensify.com account is your time setup properly to Pacific?

The timezone is pulled from the same NVP that we use on expensify.com so @mallenexpensify is right in requesting a check of your expensify.com account setting. Updating it there should update it in the chat.
