Action Performed:

1. Launch New Expensify app
2. Go to Account settings
3. Tap on the profile avatar
4. Tap Upload photo
5. Select a photo or snap a photo

Expected Result:

There will be circle at the center of the avatar preview with the area outside the circle grayed out

Actual Result:

There is no circle at the center of the avatar preview

@Beamanator FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors

I can reproduce this on the last staging version, on iOS native! I would say probably a blocker, though this is just a profile upload flow which isn't mission critical

Depends how close we are to deploying. This is something we want fixed before we send the next newsletter for sure, but we don't have to hold a deploy on it right?

What's the regression here anyway? Where did we lose this? Seems very specific.
