Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in
3. Click on +/Assign task
4. Enter title and press Next
5. Assign task to non-existing user and press Confirm task

Expected Result:

Chat with task opens

Actual Result:

Broken image appears on the top of the chat when assign task to non-existing user
