Changing the Language does not update the text on the App in realtime

Action Performed:

1. Go to Settings > preference.
2. Change the language from English to Spanish.

Expected Result:

The app should show the updated text in a new language immediately.

Actual Result:

Describe what actually happened
Text on App does not change immediately. If we navigate through the app then a few parts of the app will reflect the new text.

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
Refresh the app.
