DM with user is not displayed in LHN if both users are in a same Workspace

Action Performed:

1. Log in with Account A (Be sure it's new with no Workspaces)
2. Create a Workspace and invite user B
3. Navigate to the conversation with user B and send some messages
4. Navigate to #Announce room and send some messages

Expected Result:

#Announce room and DM should be displayed in the LHN

Actual Result:

If the last message was in the Announce room, the DM is not displayed in LHN. The contrary happens when the last message was in DM.

Workaround:

User has to manually search the room or DM each time.

Not too familiar with how the announce room is supposed to work, but does seem unexpected - if both chats have messages they should appear in the LHN (as long as we are not in #focus mode). Unless we are just not done building this out yet...? @yuwenmemon @TomatoToaster is this expected?

Yeah, I found this behaviour really strange. I'll leave the testing account I was using for easy reproduction.
