Action Performed:

1. Log in with an expensifail account
2. Create a new workspace
3. Go to workspace settings > More features > Report fields
4. Enable report fields
5. Click on upgrade and finish the flow

Expected Result:

Report fields remains enabled and is displayed in the workspace settings

Actual Result:

Report fields is disabled and is not displayed in the workspace settings
