Action Performed:
- Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
- Log in with a new Gmail account
- Go offline
- Click on the "Choose a workspace" button
- Click on the "+" button to create a new workspace
- Rename the workspace
- Navigate to the #announce room
- Send a message
- Come online
Expected Result:
There shouldn't be a console error when sending the message.
Actual Result:
"Refused to load media" console error when sending a message offline in the #announce room. The error always happens when I send a message, and sometimes happens again when I come online.
