Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in
3. Submit an expense to a user
4. Via QAB submit an expense

Expected Result:

App does not blink when submit an expense via QAB

Actual Result:

App blinks when submit an expense via QAB

Workaround:

Could it have been related to internet that wasn't stable?

@slafortune Tester still can repro this issue, build - v9.0.37-3, tester use WiFi internet connection

I don't see it in the last example. I've also tested again with no luck - so that is strange. Since this is very minor and would fall under vip-vsb which is on hold I think this is safe to close.
