Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to Profile > Phone number
  3. Enter valid local phone number (or numbers that don't result in error)
  4. Save it

Expected Result:

If the number is invalid, user should not be able to save it and validation error will appear upon saving it

Actual Result:

When the number is invalid, user is able to save it and validation error only appears after saving it
