Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to Account settings > Workspaces.
3. Click New workspace.
4. Click on the avatar.
5. Upload unsupported image.

Expected Result:

The error message will have left and right padding.

Actual Result:

The error message does not have left and right padding.
