Mainly i want to see how to hold to the work-email screen while the api is returning the value of shouldValidate

I hope to have this in by end of the week, I could probably get you working on my local version in a day or two. This is my number 1 issue right now, but writing the tests for it is taking awhile.

I imagine we we want to show a loading state until shouldValidate exists?

Making good progress on this. Most of the tests are written. Functionality is pretty much there. I need to add some onyx updates and add tests for those onyx updates. Test suite is running very slowly for some reason though, seems unrelated, but is slowing down progress.

About ready to put this up for review, just need the Auth build to go green: https://github.com/Expensify/Auth/pull/13535. I think the web tests are flakes.
