Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Workspace has per diem rates.

1.Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2.Go to workspace chat.
3. Click + > Submit expense > Per diem.
4. Click Start time.
5. Press keyboard delete key to make the time 00:00.
6. Click Save.
7. Click Start time.
8. Enter any valid time and save it.

Expected Result:

The new time should be saved.

Actual Result:

User is unable to enter time once the time is erased.
