• Workspace has per diem rates.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit a per diem expense.
4. Go to transaction thread.
5. After the receipt is generated, click on the receipt.

Expected Result:

Date will not be truncated.

Actual Result:

Date is truncated.
