Issue to replace $250 referral program messaging with "Refer a Friend" copy

Please find all of the instances of the $250 offer in the New Expensify UI and replace them with "Refer a Friend".

Expected Result:

All places where $250 referral program messaging shows "get $250", should show "refer a friend"

Actual Result:

Describe what actually happened

Currently "get $250" is shown throughout the New Expensify product.

So i think we should also remove when they become a customer.
