Go to staging.new.expensify.com
Open 1:1 DM
Submit two expenses to the user
Click on the expense preview
Send a reply to the expense report
Go to Reports > Chats
Scroll down to where the expense preview in Step 3 is visible
Open FAB
Click Create expense under Quick action
Submit another expense to the user
Expected Result:
The reply count will not appear and disappear after submitting another expense
Actual Result:
The reply count appears and disappears after submitting another expense
