Precondition:

• Developer panel is opened on the right.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace settings > Categories
3. Open any category
4. Click Help icon
5. Click outside RHP
6. Note that help RHP does not close
7. Open any category
8. Press ESC key
9. Note that app returns to workspace list while help RHP is opened
10. Click outside help RHP
11. Note that help RHP does not close

Expected Result:

In Step 6, 9 and 11 help RHP will close

Actual Result:

In Step 6, 9 and 11 help RHP does not close
