[GR Phase 4] Padding in USD and non USD flow

Both flows - USD and non USD - have minor issues when it comes to padding on certain screens - usually Confirmation screens.

This issue aims to resolve following cases:

• paddings issues in Confirmation steps
• there should be no visible shifts when swapping between steps
• migrate to useStyledSafeAreaInsets
