Expense - Whisper to invite does not appear immediately when user is mentioned in description

App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to any chat.
3. Submit a manual expense.
4. Go to transaction thread.
5. Click Description.
6. Mention a user which is not part of the thread.
7. Save the description.
8. Note that the whisper to invite the mentioned user is not shown.
9. Click on the thread subtitle.
10. Go back to transaction thread.
11. Now the whisper to invite the user is shown.

Expected Result:

In Step 8, the whisper to invite the mentioned user should display immediately.

Actual Result:

In Step 8, the whisper to invite the mentioned user should display immediately.
In Step 11, the whisper is only displayed after revisiting the thread.

Not a blocker. This BE issue, the report action for ACTIONABLEMENTIONWHISPER is not returned from API UpdateMoneyRequestDescription, and later, it presents re-open the expense when we call OpenReport.
