Action Performed:

1. Launch ND or hybrid app.
2. Go to chat.
3. Tap + > Assign task.
4. Tap Title.
5. Enter > hey and save it.
6. Go to task report.
7. Note that "hey" is cut off.
8. Tap Title.
9. Clear the field and enter

10. Save the new title.
11. Note that "hey" is also cut off (it is cut off even more on Android).
12. Note that the task report header has an extra line.

Expected Result:

In Step 7 and 11, the content will not cut off when block quote or code block is used.
In Step 12, when code block is used, the task report header will not show an extra line.

Actual Result:

In Step 7 and 11, the content is not cut off when block quote or code block is used.
In Step 12, when code block is used, the task report header shows an extra line.
