Action Performed:

Pre-condition:

1. Create a Workspace with the admin as the approver
2. Delay submissions set to Manually
3. Add an Employee to workspace
4. Add bank account to pay with expensify

Steps:

1. Login as employee in ND
2. Create report and submit it to ADMIN
3. Login to ND as ADMIN
4. Approve report created in step 2
5. Pay it with Expensify
6. Go back to the employee and notice that check mark is shown. before adding a bank account

Expected Result:

Paid check mark is not shown for payment that is on hold

Actual Result:

Paid check mark is shown for payment that is on hold until bank account is added
