Action Performed:

1. Access into staging.new.expensify.com
2. Sign into a valid account
3. Change app language to Spanish
4. Open a room chat which has a attachment chat
5. Tap header - debug- actions

Expected Result:

User expects the "Actions" header to be translated to Spanish, other headers like "Details" are translated correctly to spanish

Actual Result:

"Actions" displays in English

What is the root cause of that problem?

We forgot to translate debug.reportActions in es.js file

We should translate it to Acciones or something else
