• Run Onyx.set('nvp_sidePanel', {}) in console.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com > Login
2. On an narrow screen open Help panel and close it
3. Make the screen wide

Expected Result:

Help panel is not shown when Making the screen wide

Actual Result:

Help panel is shown when Making the screen wide
