Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account.
• Account has no workspace.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a new workspace.
3. Go to Inbox.
4. Open FAB > Create report.
5. Delete the workspace.
6. Open FAB.
7. Click Create report under Quick action.

Expected Result:

"Create report" should be removed under Quick action when the account does not have other workspace.

Actual Result:

"Create report" is still present under Quick action when the account does not have other workspace, with the deleted workspace name as subtitle.
"Create report" button under Quick action creates an empty report in personal workspace.
