Device used: Pixel 7 Pro /Android 15
App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Log in to an Expensifail account and go to the workspace chat.
2. Submit and approve some reports to the WS
3. Swipe down/up on the expense report
4. Swipe the left side in the WS

Expected Result:

The user can swipe down/up on the expense reports

Actual Result:

The user can not swipe down/up on the expense reports

Workaround:
