Clean up report NVPs that reference the report type

Problem

The backend is sending onyx data to the frontend for report NVPs that has the type of the report. This doesn't appear to be directly referenced anywhere (because the report.details.type is where the information should really be referenced from).

Solution

Clean up the frontend code regarding report NVPs so that there are no references to the report type from them.

Weekly Update

• I finished the work on canModifyTask
• I am working on a new PR Refactor canActionTask so that it no longer calls getReportNameValuePairs #60869 to refactor canActionTask so that it doesn't call getReportNameValuePairs() but it's a bit of a doozy that also requires an Auth change. The plan for that is discussed in Slack here

Next Steps

• I need to wait for an E/App PR Add stricter filtering to task reports #60902 to be merged cc @JS00001
• Then I need to wait for an Auth PR https://github.com/Expensify/Auth/pull/15090 to be merged cc @JS00001
• In the meantime, I need to refactor a couple more instances of canActionTask

The previous updates were actually meant for #59961 so I have hidden them

@youssef-lr or @MariaHCD would one of you be able to take care of removing this Onyx update from the backend? There are no frontend references to the report nameValuePair for type.
