App Component: Search

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to group chat with at least two members.
3. Send a message to group chat.
4. Click on the group chat header > Members.
5. Click on any member except yourself.
6. Click Roles.
7. Click Admin.
8. Close the RHP.
9. Go to Reports > Chats.

Expected Result:

There will be no empty message in Chats list.

Actual Result:

There is an empty message in Chats list after promoting a member to admin.

Do we not consider Desktop to be "New Expensify Standalone"? HybridApp refers to the mobile applications?
