App Component: Search

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a new workspace.
3. Go to workspace chat.
4. Submit an expense.
5. Click Submit, Approve and then Pay elsewhere.
6. Go to Settings > Troubleshoot.
7. Click Clear cache and restart.
8. Click Reset and restart.
9. Go to Reports > Chats.
10. Go to Inbox.
11. Go to Reports > Chats.
12. Click Approve button on the expense preview from Step 4.

Expected Result:

The paid expense preview will not show Approve button.

Actual Result:

The paid expense preview shows Approve button.
When clicking Approve button, the button reappears.
